Club Viva Dance is running a weekly intense Focus Group Latin workshop for competitors every Saturday morning during the Fall and Winter. (Click here for summer schedule 2010).
The structure is as follows:
- 11am – noon: Individual Work
- 12:15 – 1:15pm: Couples Technique
- 1:30pm – 2:30pm: Competition Drill
In the first hour, men and women (or girls and guys) work separately on their technique. In the second hour partners join together and train together. In the third hour there is a “Final” (a mock-up competition) with a feedback session afterwards.
